Farm Animal Pathology

Pathology of farm animals is mainly undertaken in government laboratories, some commercial laboratores and university pathology departments.

Opportunities for a career in farm animal pathology are to be found in the veterinary schoolsand a range of scientific institutes within the UK. The latter includes:

In these institutes, particularly in research studies, veterinary pathologists are likely to be working as a member or leader of an interdisciplinary team.
